I'm about to go on a morning walk :)

I'll usually walk around 2 miles, which takes me about 30 minutes at a brisk walk. Helps me get started on my work faster. Task initiation is probably my biggest challenge.
If you haven't tried exercise in the morning yet, I'd give it a shot because it really puts me in a great headspace to walk through the woods before starting work :) good luck, we got this 🌄
