We can both be hurt, and struggling, and going through it. People are resilient in different ways. Crying releases dopamine in the brain just like a good hard laugh does. Life means something different to different people. ADHD looks different for everyone. I got B's throughout my entire grade school career, self injured once impulsively at age 19, daydream so vividly I often make myself cry, self medicate with small doses of caffeine throughout the afternoon, used to smoke cigarettes, have smoked weed or used cannabis products almost every day of my life since age 16, got several gigantic speeding tickets in my late teens and/or early twenties then never had another infraction, have a shit memory especially when it comes to how long ago something happened but strattera has helped a lot, have to consume 1k calories before noon or I never hit my stride in my workday.
And also I can't f***ing sleep.
