So to preface this I used to be able to fully function on 5 or 6 hours of sleep up until 2 years ago. I also used to sleep straight though the night without waking up for anything. But starting about 6 months ago I get up for the bathroom once a night and now it's leading to me getting less than 8 hours. In the past week alone it's happened 6 times which is 6 days I can barley function. It feels like I only got 1 or 2 hours of sleep every day I get less then eight. It can even be 7 hours and 35 minutes and I feel that way. Has anyone else experienced this?
I had my blood checked and nothing is wrong with me from that so I don't know what it could be. Or does anyone else have a method to make sure they go back to sleep after waking up to go pee to make sure this doesn't happen? And the worst part is this seems to happen every time I have something going on. Like today is a dentist appointment. The previous one was on the day I had class. This is ridiculous.
