I was recently diagnosed with ADHD at 35 and Anxiety and started Adderall last week, the doctor gave me 5 mg twice a day and is going to increase to 10mg twice a day after 30 days. The first day I took the adderall was great I felt like I had a fog lifted off my brain and in the following days though it doesn’t seem to be working as it did on the first day. Any advice on how to properly covey this to my doctor/psychiatrist?
