I suspect I have ADHD and OCD. I have Bipolar 2, PTSD, GAD, and Social Anxiety. So I'm writing this here instead of ADHD as I feel I may relate here more. First post here so please be nice to me
I have extreme problems with routing and keeping schedules around those routines. I have made multiple notes in my notesapp on my phone, google docs, I'm even trying out notion. I also use physical copies of planners and a productivity journal to keep everything organized. Yet I somehow feel I miss a lot or don't hit a lot of those check-list to do things I schedule prior to that day.
Any advice or anecdotes about how this would be much appreciated thanks!
