Parenting is like 🀯
Post Body

Parenting is SOMETHING ELSE while navigating adhd. Its 10000x harder I ever imagined. I’m feeling like all the medication and therapy in the world won’t help until my kids are older (now 4 and 6, both of which have emotional dysregulation). Like my irritability is through the roof every. Single. Day.anyone else?

Yeah, that's the thing I just don't feel happy. Do I love my spouse and kids and job, yes, but damnnnn if its not what I expected it would be. I try and relish the good moments but its been so hard!
