So ahm, how do I do all this adulting stuff?

I have ADHD and GAD and some CPTSD issues (all diagnosed by the pro's). I'm also 21 and kinda failing at all the normal life stuff people seem to do. I failed horribly in my first years of higher education and got a burn-out after 6 months into my first job.

The whole problem is that I don't see an option where I have a healthy amount of excitement and creativity and new stuff happening which boosts my dopamine dependent adhd brain , but on the other side a secure validating stable and peaceful environment/workflow that will reduce my anxiety and doesn't make me overwhelmed.

It all seems too monotone or too overwhelming to me. I can't seem to find a happy middle ground where my motivation stays up and where things are challenging enough but still keep me in control and not derailed.

Any advice?
