My adhd and various mental health issues are taking control over my life and all I can do is sit on my phone all day and sleep. I cant grasp anything in my brain really making it hard for my career. I live in a messy inviornment and i HATE it yet still cant get myseld to do better. I don't want to get back on adhd meds I just don't think they're good for me in the long run. Coffee was helping me so much but I've grown a tolerance to it if that's possible? I heard a lot of people recommend CBD and obviously THC but I had a really bad edible experience so I'm not jumping into THC till I'm "well seasoned" in all of this lol.
