Which of my addictions would help my quality of life the most? I am a very insecure person who falls into these and I feel like I’m drowning.

I’m a 29 year old male. With social anxiety, a failed marriage due to the following addictions. Alcohol, weed, nicotine, and chronic masturbation. I’m currently 10 days off weed (very proud with this, and my dreams have returned). 8 days off masturbating/ semen retention (this is where I think my social anxiety stems from, close to 15 years of the habit) just relapsed with alcohol ( I don’t really get fucked up but I lean into a 6 pack or so every other day to “unwind”). And lastly the nicotine which is the hardest. I switch from cigs, vapes, or the zyn pouches. I’m trying to get off every addiction for 90 days but these 4 substances/habits have controlled essentially my 20s. I’m just tired of it all. Can anyone else relate?
