I am new to Adderall (Adderall XR 20 Mg), and have been having a lot of crappy side effects from it. Not to mention it doesn't feel like it lasts more than 4-5 hours.. but that isn't the point..
Ive been reading a lot about how Magnesium supplements help with side effects and the comedown. I just wasn't sure which type to take. Citrate or Glycinate? And when to take it? I would prefer something to take near the end or after that will help me sleep, and I'm worried cause I heard sometimes it potentiates it and keeps you awake.
If anyone has any insight id be very appreciative :)
