Ok for the purpose of this post I will use my prescribed dosage as the example. Feel free to insert your own in your answers. I am prescribed 20mg IR 2x daily. Would really like to go to XR or IR 3x daily but that's another subject. I would like to know do you prefer taking your dosages:

A) as prescribed 20mg IR once in the morning and 20mg IR once in the afternoon

B) breaking it up 10mg in the morning 10mg midday 10mg later in the afternoon and if needed another 10mg later on after that

C) making your own doses so maybe taking 30mg in the morning and 10mg in the afternoon

D) always have the choice of all 40mg at once in the morning but the crash is harder and will come on before the day ends
