Using PCA9685 to control continuous servos with arduino

Hi guys I'm a bit stuck. I'm using these high torque servos with the PCA9685 and arduino. I already modified the servo so it's continuous and I centered the pot and I have the adafruit VWM servo driver library installed and I ran a couple of tests using the example sketches but I'm stuck on where to go from there. I'm not finding much documentation on how to control continuous servos using that library. Would appreciate some help on this. Thanks!
