Second Attempts
Post Body

I just failed my first actuarial exam (ILA LPM). I haven't gotten my transcript yet, but I feel like I was close (4 or 5). For those of you who have failed an exam but passed the second try:

  1. How did you know which areas to study? Did you look over the entire syllables again or did you know what you needed to focus on more?
  2. How did you change your study habits? (Flashcards, reading source material, etc.) Specifically curious about FSA exams here.
  3. How do you compare time spent studying for your second attempt to time spent studying for your first attempt?

Apologies if these seem like dumb questions but I want to make sure I'm setting myself up to succeed.
