Request for ADA accommodations for ADHD

Post Body
Has anyone ever been been put through the ringer by SOA for trying to request ADA accommodations for an exam? I have anxiety and ADHD and my doctor has sent in multiple responses to their requests for documentation and they keep saying she is not answering their questions. Are they just trying to avoid being helpful? Has anyone had similar experiences?
