Hello everyone,
I work as an actuarial pricing analyst at an insurance company, where I rely heavily on Excel for modeling and analysis. I'm quite proficient with Excel, using functions like VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, and SUMIFS regularly.
However, I've noticed that many job postings on LinkedIn now require SQL skills, and while my company isn't planning to switch from Excel anytime soon, I'm interested in learning SQL to enhance my job prospects.
Given my background, Iām looking for guidance on which SQL functions and commands are most commonly used in data analysis. Iām not able to commit to a full course at the moment, so I'm hoping to focus on the most essential functions that would be beneficial for my work.
Thanks in advance for your help!
