This is more of a funny situation to me though it could be triggering to some others so here's the warning.
I was getting gas and walked into pay, I went out to my pump and realized it wasn't started up yet so I went back in. At this point the line was a bit long and I asked the woman at the front if it was okay if I told the attendant to turn my pump on. No issue she didn't mind, meanwhile some cock in the back pipes up and says "yo there's a line dude wtffff" I responded " hey sorry just trying to get gas my pump wasn't on" I wasnt able to finish the sentence since he cut me off by saying "man, idgaf what you're talking about!" I turn around and tell him I don't give a fuck what he's talking about either and keep speaking to the attendant. He then says "stop trying to act like a guy before I treat you like one" I stared, laughed, as were the girls in the corner of the gas station (more than likely why he wanted to act out to begin with). I simply responded you're fucking weird and walked out.
This happens often considering I present masculine and guys are so insecure about it. It's very obvious. I took as my outfit was better, I was more attractive and asserted myself in a way that would be seen as masculine, aggressive. Though I was very polite and no one else in the line minded aside from him.
I just wanted to share and maybe here other stories of this happening because each time it cracks me up.
Oh and for those that may say to be careful and men are scary, or assault etc. I'm not concerned at all bc at the end of the day they will be the ones in jail. Not me.
