Feeling unsafe in a Homophobic and Transphobic country
Post Body

My country doesn't treat women as equal to men, and if you're trans youre villainised even more. Gay relationships are seen as "unnatural", as is being trans. As a Lesbian Trans Woman, who is married to another woman... I'm scared.

I just saw the rights of women and those with a uterus taken away. And now they're gunning even harder for people like me. They are trying to criminalize trans healthcare, and being anything other than cis and straight. They want to roll back gay marriage just like they did abortion. They are coming for women like me. And I'm scared.

I just found a iob that I absolutely love and it pays so much better than anything else I've ever had. But I'm worried that when they make my existence illegal someone will report me, and I'll be hauled away in handcuffs.

Im scared that my wife and I are going to have to leave this country, to seek asylum somewhere else. That we will have to start over. I've been looking at other countries: The Netherlands, Germany. Spain....

Im scared that my existence will become illegal. And I'm living in America.
