Dating older women?

To be clear I’m not looking to date anyone in this subreddit as per the rules. I’m 26 and I’ve never really dated anyone older than me by two or three years, so when I say older, I mean 5 years.
Can anyone share their experiences, good and bad? The ones where y’all find your wife are really cute (for real so so cute), but I’m also interested in hearing from folks where it didn’t work out for one reason or another.
