Lonely all the time

In all my efforts people eventually stop talking to me sooner or later. That makes dating difficult in conjunction with my spectrumness I find myself to be quite annoying actually so makes sense others sense it and have the choice of leaving me where they found me. I don’t think most people live the way I do, in constant isolation. I’m not sure what I hope to gain from this. I’m sort of just talking to myself and hoping someone will join in.
