Just randomly remembered something that happened to me (5'7") and my gf (4'11") when we were still attending university and thought I'd share. If you have any similar stories, I would love to hear about them!

We were in between classes and got sandwhiches from a kiosk. My girlfriend decided she would just take her sandwhich to class as it was starting soon and she didn't want to be late. I had more time to kill before my next class started so I told her I'll stay and eat my sandwhich here. We said our goodbyes, love yous, see you laters, and I kissed her on the forehead (easy access because of our height difference) and she left.

While I was eating my sandwhich, the kiosk employee started talking to me and said "you and that other girl are so sweet. Who is she? Your niece?" I was unable to answer because I had just taken a bite and I choked on it out of shock.

Tl;dr: got asked if my gf was my niece, I responded by violently choking on my sandwhich
