I am bisexual with a preference for women and I am really struggling with standing out in the dating world, which I know a lot of people struggle with. I feel like with guys, my career choice really grabs peoples attention and they always ask a ton of questions about myself and my career. With women I have noticed they really don’t seem interested that I’m training to be a pilot or that I used to be a geologist. I’m definitely a lot more than my career, but I don’t see a lot of other women pilots on dating apps and I really thought that would make me stand out amongst the sea of other women. I also find it difficult to keep the conversation going when the other person isn’t putting in any work or asking questions about myself. What do you do to stand out?
