Hey, gal pals! I've recently embraced myself as a lesbian after initially coming out as bi in 2022. Thanks to a Catholic upbringing and homophobic parents, I was deeply in the closet for most of my life. In celebration, I wanted to share a list of things and feelings I was convinced a fully straight girl would have:

1. fantasizing about sexual scenarios involving female friends
2. exclusively watching lesbian porn
3. believing my history teacher who said women in olden times used to shack up together as completely platonic "friends"
4. staying up late and lingering on cable TV channels in hopes of catching Girls Gone Wild commercials
5. deciding to have sex with a woman just once to "get it out of my system" before (begrudgingly) settling down with a man
6. feeling generally averse to sex or a relationship with a man
