Calling all skincare girlies! (I know this isn't lesbian specific but I like y'all more than I like the general public). I am looking for a cleanser and moisturizer (i genuinely don't understand all the other ones, like what's a toner do?).

I have seborrheic dermatitis, so my face is "oily", but using products meant for oily skin exacerbates the problem. My skin does best with a super moisturizer. I think hyaluronic acid has helped, but maybe it was a placebo bias. I saw that salicylic acid helps with sebaceous filaments, and so the last one i bought (this, i got on clearance from walmart) had that, and it genuinely helped a great deal, but did not eliminate them.

Overall i struggle with mild redness, sebaceous filaments/large pores, overproduction of sebum, and bumps. The bumps aren't white or blackheads, they're not red, just skin colored.
