I can't sing. Are my chances at an MFA for acting gone?

I'm interested in NYU's graduating acting program. But one of the requirements is singing 16 bars of a song acapella.. I cannot sing at all. It's bad.
Will this prevent me from getting into an MFA program anywhere?
