Acting with epilepsy

So I’m an actor with epilepsy, I haven’t had a seizure in 2 years, but I am worried about doing out-of-state gigs since I don’t have the ability to drive due to my condition.
Does someone with more experience in non-local work have any insight into what the process looks like? Are you usually responsible for getting transportation to set / spaces? Or is it provided?
Obviously, not having the ability to drive myself is a disadvantage, but is it still viable for me to work out-of-state?
