Increased water intake = more acne?
Post Body

Hi all,

Recently I’ve tried consuming more water everyday, around 3-4 litres, I’ve done this for around 10 days and I have realised that my skin has maybe gotten worse? This could just be my mind playing games or possibly just a purge period, in which my skin is getting rid of spots. But could water cause more outbreaks in general or not?

Thanks
