overdid it at the beach and broke out horrendously

basically i overexposed my skin to harsh sunlight, but don’t know what products to use. some of the acne feels cystic, while others are semi-inflamed white heads. should i use hydrocolloid patches or salicylic acid? also my skin is medium-dark and im prone to hyperpigmentation:/
