I've read different reports online that suggests resveratrol (which is an antioxidant found in the skin/seeds of red grapes) can help with acne and inflammation.
About 5 days I started taking supplement to see if my breakouts (primarily on my neck and chest) would reduce.
It's been a bit of a mixed bag - as I do feel I've seen some improvements in my chest however my neck and even some places on my face have broken out more.
So I'm unsure at this stage whether it's worth continuing on further or just to stop.
I wondered if anyone here had supplemented with this before and what your thoughts/results were?
I suppose I don't want to put my skin through more potential breakouts if I'm only going to conclude in a week from now that it isn't helping.
