how do i get rid of this scar quickly

i’ve been putting salicylic acid on it because historically it sluffs dead skin off super quickly.
but this zit was one i popped (i never do it, but did, right before visiting my boyfriend whom i haven’t seen in 3 months :( ). it wasn’t ready yet, it was like a small hard ball. barely anything came out but i kept messing with it and the infection spread and- yeah. i haven’t had acne really since my early 20s so i’m super irritated and hyper fixated on this.
it’s also still slightly raised.
