Hi Guys, I've suffered from acid reflux for a while now (at least 8 years) and although I have hardly any symptoms of heart burn during the day I constantly wake with a sore throat / mucus throat. I have tried PPIs to little affect as well as not eating / drinking within 2 hours of bedtime. Does anyone have any advice? I have been to a few doctors who don't seem to treat this seriously and just prescribe PPIs. I have had a endoscopy a few years back that confirmed acid reflux, but again was just prescribed PPIs.
