Last night I had 10/10 pain in my upper esophagus. It happens once or twice a year for the past 10 years and lasts about 90 minutes. It’s usually at night. There’s never a food pattern- last night I ate sushi, a salad, no alcohol, no sweets. At one point a few years ago I had a doc guess it was an ulcer type sore on or around my lower esophageal sphincter and game me some meds to repair it. Seemed to work, meds ran out and then here we are again. I’ve seen other docs, specialists, had mri’s and nobody can put their finger on it, or find a fix. It’s super frustrating! Anyone out there in Reddit land that has similar issues? Pls help!!
