Daily Checkins of 3 most important to dos, but first lets schedule a weekday we’re we set or terms and what works best for one another. I really want the weekends were we set time to call and maybe do worksheets/make plans/ how to catch bad habits and what to do instead and such. Basically in the caption light therapy, cause if we don’t solve the root of the problem it’s just gonna keep being a horrible cycle.
Right now I’m prioritizing having a balanced life, were I’m accountable for my daily tasks and hope we can motivate each other. !!
I find that, myself included, although we wanna start new habits, bad habits or emotions get in the way so we need to work through them. Instead of trying to pretend they don’t exist. My issue is I never set aside time to work on it even if I want to. So that’s why an accountability partner on call would help.
