35m - looking for someone in online marketing/sales to challenge each other to hit KPIs

Post Body

I run an online coaching business in the health and wellness space, and in order to make a living I've got to do a lot of organic marketing, sales calls, and delivery as well, as I don't have a team and I'm not running ads yet (but that's something I'm working on to remove one of the main demotivators, which is messaging/setting)

It's often frustrating and overwhelming and I've fallen into a pattern where I'll kill it for a month or two, have more cash than I can spend, and feel comfortable - so I'll start slacking, and lose my momentum, until I get paranoid about my savings drying up, and then I'll kill it again, and then the pattern repeats.

I know if I could stay consistent week by week, month by month, I'd easily be hitting crazy numbers like 250k. I've had many, many 10k-20k months, I just haven't been able to sustain them for 12 months straight like I'd like to!

What I'm looking for is:

  • Someone in the marketing/sales space who is self-employed and has to push themselves to get projects or clients through organic outreach

  • Someone who's neurodivergent and understands executive dysfunction/procrastination/overwhelm/etc and wants to be more productive and consistent with their own efforts

  • Someone able to be active and involved in this process; in a perfect world, we could do a 1 hour focus session together most days of the week and set some KPIs (for me it could be, send 50 outgoing messages to leads) that will FOR SURE happen, every day

  • Would also be fun to create mini challenges of sorts, ways to try to score points and have some friendly competition. I've found that doing challenges whether it's a fitness challenge or a business building challenge, it's a lot easier to stay focused when you're doing it socially.

Random stuff about me:

  • I'm in recovery (alcohol/sugar were my DOC) and actively working with an accountability group for that, which has been amazing, and that's what inspired me to want to apply it to work

  • Big nerd, love my star wars and pokemon and d&d

  • I like the idea of being a digital nomad or doing vanlife and traveling around having adventures, and my long-term pipe-dream goal is to automate business enough so that I can travel and have tons of free time, while still living comfortably and making a positive difference

If this resonates for you and you want to go all-in setting some goals and crushing them together, send a message and tell me about yourself and the specifics of what you'd want accountability to look like

I'm a fan of zoom whatsapp and I am a spreadsheet/checklist person, I'm really good at creating systems and workflows to streamline my daily KPIs, my challenge is just actually forcing myself to do it :)
