I'm looking for someone to swap recipes with and check in on our eating habits. Unfortunately I can't exercise because of an injury but I've lost some weight, counting calories and IF, but I stopped losing the weight and gave up a little, but I'm ready to get back on track. Last time it helped having someone that was going through a similar experience and understood the struggle. If anyone is on the same boat please feel free to send me a message.
I am open to keeping each other accountable for anything that'll improve both physical and mental health. 💜
