Extended warranty for my 2018 Honda Accord Touring

It's been 5 years for my car and company warranty for 100K miles/transmission etc is over.
I'm receiving notices for renewal of extended warranty.
Should I go for it ? Or if anything breakdown, I can recover from my insurance policy
