HONDA ACCORD 2007 LX, 195K mi

some video/audio (of nothing happening)

This cold morning, my Honda Accord 2007 wouldn't start nor would the lights come on. No clicking sound, no flickering lights.

I hauled the battery over to the AutoZone and handed it over for them to charge. They said their battery charger/tester says my battery is good. I came back 30 minutes later and they said the battery had fully charged.

Hauled the battery back home, and tried to crank the engine again. Once again, nothing happened, no sounds, no flickering lights.

Am I dealing with a bad starter?

Update 1

As some Redditors have already advised, I'm going through the process of checking the terminals and fuses. However, if in the end, I find out the battery is bad after AutoZone said they tested and charged it, how on earth is it possible that their equipment gave my battery a false reading? How can their equipment say my battery is good when it isn't? I've actually ordered my own multimeter in the meantime...

Update 2

Multimeter arrived. If I'm using this correctly, this video is showing that the battery has .53 volts... Either AutoZone attempted (or lied about) the battery charge and it still needs charging or they did charge the battery but the battery is still no good... In the meantime, I'm going to use my portable battery charger to see if the battery will charge overnight.

Update 3 Someone suggested I've been testing with the multimeter incorrectly b/c a ".53" battery charge makes no sense whatsoever... Anyway, I've got the battery on my portable charger. Will check it in the morning. In the meantime, I'm looking into the engine fuse box. I want to pull out the main fuse to inspect it but the screws holding it in are stripped... I have a screw extracting kit that has bits you would normally use on a power screw driver but I'm hesitant to use it...

Update 4 Battery still isn't working this morning and I'm still not sure if I'm using this multimeter to measure the charge correctly. I also inspected the main fuse up close and it's not blown. I need to watch some more YouTube videos to make sure I'm using this multimeter correctly... It's all coming down to this battery and whether its good or not but I'll keep trouble-shooting.
