I have installed BEA Door Lock MAG along with card reader, push to exit and a exit sensor
The problem:
The door lock mag was working perfectly along with everything else. Now I remove the wire ( & - ) from the lock mag ( I had to much slack in cable )
I remember one of the wire hit the Mag surface and I heard something tripped ( similar to the sound when a power trips from a breaker )
I lost complete power to the Mag Lock and can’t get power to it when it’s connected to the relays / TB5 on the IP501 Controller.
I did test the mag lock on another power source and it worked and powered up perfectly.
I try all the reset options I found online. No luck
Any help on this ??????
Is there a way to reset the power to that section????
