I have been on the bench since July 3, and still have not found a role. I have been applying for roles every day, reaching out to my network, and filling the rest of my days finishing TQ requirements, Ethics trainings, and working towards additional certifications. I have a few leads that I have kept my HR rep updated on when I can, but nothing solid.
Today, a superior from Accenture leadership reached out to me asking if I have any leads and how staffing is going. I have never spoken to her before and immediately got super worried. Has this happened to anyone else? I have heard mixed timelines about being fired when on the bench but nothing this quickly, especially when I am doing everything I am supposed to.
Basically - is this person reaching out to me a bad sign? Should I be worried??
I am a L11 tech arch analyst who has been with the company almost a year now if that helps. I spent 10 months on my first project before rolling off.
I've been on the bench since the 11th November 2022.. quit a few weeks ago as I'd finally lost my mind with boredom.
