Saw a couple of posts on LinkedIn where people are promoted from level 11>10. I am at level 10 and expecting a midyear promotion for myself, can anyone confirm if those who have been promoted do they see "Midyear talent discussion-2023" on Workday ? Or they just got promoted without filling those details on workday.

Edit 1: Anyone who says NO MIDYEAR PROMOTION you don't know what you are talking about. Not looking for advice on talking to PLs for promotion, already have confirmed promotions in my region, have already spoken to my PL, been in ACN for 5 years. Just needed confirmation FROM THOSE WHO GOT PROMOTED what they see on workday. Since promotions would be declared in May wanted to catch some early signs on who would get promoted, like earlier on rewards page people could see June or March as a month to be selected while others still saw just December in the dropdown.
