Referring to my previous post here, the Accenture management has taken step and giving work on weekends as well as overtime will not be allowed, only in case of emergencies they will allow, nothing said on compensation though...
Anyways, I was thinking about focusing more on developing my knowledge regarding web development since I'll be getting time to do so, I wanted to know that if in future I made a website from what I've learned and hosted it to generate a passive income, would it be considered as moonlighting? Some people I talked to suggested that keeping it secret would be better (obviously), but I also want to add it in my resume since it'd be better for me to get a career change in future. I'm a fresher so I think that there's still an opportunity for me to get a job in future in a technology in which I'll be happy to work in, and it's pretty awkward to ask any seniors here even though I have nice relationship with them, hence I'm asking here to get an insight on this.
Depending on your location, I believe you need to let them know you've got another job, essentially to ensure there is no commercial overlap
