I am a TDP Architecture Analyst and I have been trying to get on a project for the past two months. I feel so frustrated being on the bench, I want to just get on a project. I am consistently networking, upskilling, working on plus ones, and applying on myscheduling. It does not seem like it is going anywhere. I am constantly hearing about lack of project budget and need for more experience for roles that are for Analyst level. I am L3-L4 on many of the skills required and it is getting frustrating. It just seems like they want me to teach dolphins how to dance
How is everyone else dealing with this period?
I've been on the bench since mid-nov, although I've been specifically held back for a project starting next week. It's been rather boring at times. Have you been looking at myscheduling?
