Drone flight in Acadia

So I'm going to be visiting Acadia very soon and I was wondering about Drone flying for getting video and pics. I saw that the website says it's prohibited but I've seen a ton of vids on YouTube of people flying drones here. I assume it's just them breaking the rules but any other insight would be great! TIA
