Is it possible to time skip the Stalk market by yourself to gain a profit without a friend?

Like for example I buy from Daisy May on Sunday and then I keep skipping one day ahead to find an ideal price for them at the shop. Can I do that just fine?
Because I keep seeing online people selling their goods on their friends island.
