I saw a tiktok that said if you think you may be the problem that means that you are and I’m trying to figure out if I actually am the problem or if I’ve just been gaslit so much that I think that I am.
I know I can be dramatic and needy. I know I cause my parent’s frustration when I don’t want to do something or don’t do it correctly but I’m not sure if I’m the problem?
I guess I’m just asking how to tell if I’m the problem or if it’s just my anxiety. I don’t want to be the problem, I want to fix the problem but I don’t know how. I’m willing to answer basically any question. TIA
