Ok so last night me and my stepdad got into a physical altercation we almost always have heated arguments but this time he kept saying horrible things to my mom and man I snapped. I told him to stfu and chill tf out he flipped me off while going inside.me and my mom were outside when this exchange happens and basically he comes out we started fighting I was holding my own till I got cornerd at which point I panicked and pulled out the pocket knife I tried to cut this fool on half ngl. I'm not sure if I've even got him but he backed up an I tossed the knife once I realized what I was doing. He took off with my mom an the cops came and patted me down asked me questions and took my statement. I had to find another place to stay. Things could have been worse for me just as they could have been worse for my stepdad. I shouldn't have did what I did but things happen for reason or maybe they don't either way I'm taking this opportunity to move forward.
