Admittedly this is a bit of a long shot...

UK expat now based in Abu Dhabi and looking for a co-founder to get a new idea off the ground and into action - the industry is recruitment (but not in a traditional headhunting sense, which has been done 1000x times before).

My background:

• I come from a history of working with UK/US start-ups from seed stage to exit (acquisition)
• Deep experience in all areas of ops/finance etc and running a business
• I have a new business concept ready to launch
• I am not best placed to drive sales, but I can drive ops and everything else and get it off the ground operationally

Which leads me to my problem and what I'm looking for...

What I need in a co-founder:

• Sales focused, this is absolutely key
• Ideal profile would be someone who has worked in start-ups and high growth tech co's
• Someone who knows their way around unified outreach tools and has a 2024 sales tech stack
• Someone who can drive pipeline for the business

The business:

• Focused on recruitment
