What is the most acceptable reason to quit the current job?
Post Body

I hated my job. i feel like our company accepts too much work, taking projects which we dont have much experience doing. And they will forced us to study on our own without giving proper training. As if It was our fault for not studying. Also there is no proper separation of works, no job description. We are handling all aspect of work (example from new projects, implementation, design, maintenance) even the technicial/helper job we are doing. I am finding a new job but when I found one, Im afraid my company will not cancel me because I am one of the performer on the company (not to brag about it).
