Hi Everyone!

I moved to AD last year and loving it sofar, however what my friend warned me about became the ultimate reality: he told me to sign up for a gym immediately as the amount of daily movement is way limited in Abu Dhabi that I got in Switzerland. I am an ex semi professional basketball player with 197 cm hight and, when I came to UAE I was 102 kg but now I am already 110 kg. In the past I tried losing weight to my desired 90 kg but always lacked the discipline. Now I decided that I need to do something about it and I am seeking for some help. I would need someone to help me with my diet and a proper training plan and to be by my side through all the time. This person has to be persistent and push me to stay on the right way.
