Pregnancy test after MA

My wife had an MA at 8 weeks roughly two weeks ago. We used AidAccess for the medicine and now two weeks later she is still spotting and having symptoms of lower back pain and diarrhea. She took two Clearblue pregnancy tests and they came up positive. What do we need to look for? I'm concerned for her.
