My gf had an abortion about 2 months ago. Since then she has gotten her period twice and other than depression that got better over time she seemed fine. But a few days ago she got sick. She has been vomiting and having diarrhea and severe pain in her tummy. She went to a hospital and they did a scan but they couldnt find anything(P.S she didnt tell them she had an abortion). They checked for appendicitis and a bunch of other things but nothing seemed wrong. Theh feel it might be food poisoning or abdominal virus or something but she's not getting significantly better. Could this be related to the arbotion? She seemed fine for the past 2 months. Please I need advice cause I'm starting to get really worried
